Adama Dramé is a Djembe ambassador from Burkina Faso. He has reached a large and enthusiastic audience thanks to the magic of his shows which mix music, dance, and song.
Adama Dramé is the descendant of a long line of griots. His father was one of the first African artists to be recorded in 1954.

The Malinkés or Mandingo, established in 1213, is a powerful kingdom in West Africa, extended from Guinea to Algeria as far as Gao on the river Niger. Their homeland was situated in the mountains country to the west of Bamako, Mali. The Malinkés created one of the richest musical traditions in Afrique and still today, their beat is loved by music fans.
