Etsuko Gunji, Michiyo Yagi and Miki Maruta are three musicians who work closely with Kazue Sawai, whose Koto ensemble is very active internationally with concerts in venues and events such as the "Bang On A Can" festival of new music in New York, the Kennedy Center, in the Theater of the Champs-Elysées in Paris, the Konzerthalle of Vienna, the Opera of Zurich and in the Jazz festival of Mels in Germany.
