For her third album Márcia Salomon recorded songs that reflect parts of her life from her debut in the late 1970s in Londrina (state of Paraná) until today. The repertoire is thus a soundtrack for her career and the album was named Geminiana after her astrological sign (Gemini). The album is dedicated to Roberto Menescal and, in addition to having four tracks composed by him, one of them pays homage to him ("Pro Menesca" with lyrics and title by his partner Costa Netto).
